CANB-Moncton Northeast is the employers’ organization, accredited under the New Brunswick Industrial Relations Act, as the sole bargaining agent for contractors using unionized labourers and carpenters under UBC Local 1386 and LiUNA Local 900.
The Mechanical Contractors Association of New Brunswick (MCANB) is also accredited under the Industrial Relations Act, as the sole bargaining agent for contractors using unionized plumbers, pipefitters and sheet metal under UA Local 325 and SMWIA Local 437.
