Welcome to BuildHERs NB, the premier women in construction network dedicated to empowering, connecting, and advancing women in the construction industry across New Brunswick.

Our goal is to foster a more inclusive construction industry by supporting women pursuing careers across professional, trades, management, and technical roles. The chapter aims to provide a platform for networking, mentorship, collaboration, and career advancement, empowering women to build confidence, leadership, and independence. We aim to strengthen a diverse and resilient industry by expanding opportunities for women and building workforce capacity across New Brunswick.

Membership Eligibility

To become a member of BuildHERs NB, you must be directly employed in, or retired from, the construction industry, and your company should be a member of one of New Brunswick’s construction associations.

Members of other construction, professional, and related associations are also eligible to apply for membership.

If you meet the membership criteria above, we invite you to complete the application form below.

All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the BuildHERs Committee. The Committee reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet the established membership criteria.
