National Building Code

Effective February 1, 2021, the Province of New Brunswick has legislated Chapter 8 -Building Code Administration Act-, New Brunswick Regulation 2021-2 and 2021-3.  As a result, all building projects will be reviewed under the provisions of the act and regulations including the 2015 National Building Code of Canada.

Depuis le 1^er février 2021, la province du Nouveau-Brunswick a adopté le chapitre 8 de la Loi sur l’administration du code du bâtiment, Règlement du Nouveau-Brunswick 2021-2 et 2021-3. Par conséquent, tous les projets de construction seront examinés conformément aux dispositions de la Loi et des règlements, y compris le Code national du bâtiment – Canada 2015.
